          Ambrosia Apples

This delicious variety is known for its cheery red & yellow hues on each apple! Amazing to observe and truly amazing to bite into one, rich & sweet in flavor as well as juicy! It has a semi-firm texture. Delicious for fresh eating or can bake with them. (slice apples thin to ensure they will get soft while baking) Its also great in applesauce when adding other varieties such as Macs,  Spys and/or Courtland. The combination is amazing!

               Gala Apples

This variety is known as either Gala or Golden Gala. It looks  somewhat like the Ambrosia, but Gala is known for its unique & beautiful stripes through the red coloring. This is a great eating apple, can also bake with them. (slice apples thin to ensure they get soft while baking.)     This variety is known to be Mild & very Sweet !   Its absolutely delicious in applesauce when adding plenty of  Spys and/or Macs as well. Very flavorful!
