Known for its cheery red & yellow hues.

Ambrosia apples are juicy, rich and sweet with a semi-firm texture. Delicious for fresh eating and can be used in baking (recommend slicing apples thin to ensure they will soften while baking). It is also great in applesauce along with other varieties such as Mac, Spy and/or Cortland.

Gala Apples

Similar to Ambrosia, Gala (also known as Golden Gala) is mild and very sweet. 

This is a great eating apple, and can also be used for baking (slice apples thin to ensure they will soften while baking.) It's also delicious in applesauce when adding plenty of Spy and/or Mac as well.

One of the most versatile varieties!

Spy has been around for centuries and is still popular today due to its many uses - fresh eating, cakes, pies, dumplings, applesauce.... (the perfect baking apple with it's softer flesh)

Its texture is a little softer making it an ideal apple for children as well as the elderly, who enjoy this 'easy-to-bite-into variety.'
